Radishes are cruciferous vegetables that offer cancer-protecting potential. Radishes help maintain the health of your gallbladder and liver, as well as aiding your body's digestive process. Over 90% of our produce is organically grown. We strive to choose only organically grown or certified organic produce from as close to home as possible. However, sometimes we are unable to find a local AND organic option, and in that event we may choose to offer a pesiticide-free local product from a farmer that uses integrated pest management on their crops.

Put unwashed radishes with their greens removed in a plastic zip-top baggie with a slightly damp, folded paper towel at the bottom. Put the bag in a cool, moist, dark place, like the crisper drawer of the fridge. They'll last several weeks stored in this manner.
