Our hand crafted muenster cheese has a mild, almost sweet flavor with a creamy texture that is perfect for everyday snacking or makes a great addition to the cheese board. It's a "cheese for everyone" as it is not overpowering like some of its European brothers it is aged with.
All our Muenster is aged for a minimum of 30 days and is hand dipped to provide the traditional style washed red rind.
Owned and operated by 4th generation dairy producers, our cheeses are made in Texas from real ingredients, with no artificial additives or preservatives. We always use the freshest available ingredients from our local farm sourced milk, to our fresh herbs and spices used for flavors.
