Roasted Butternut Squash & Broccolini with Truffle Salt

  1. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  2. White Wine Vinegar
  3. Truffle Salt
  4. Black Pepper



  1. 1.Preheat oven to 350°. Toast almonds on a small rimmed baking sheet, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Let cool.

    2.Mix yogurt with honey, if using, and orange-flower water, if using. Top with apple, pomegranate seeds, and almonds.
