- 4 cups chopped Red chard leaves
- 2 cups diced ripe pears
- 2 large ripe kiwis, peeled and diced
- 1 3/4 cups crushed ice
- 1/2 cup white grape juice
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 pinches salt
- 1.In blender, puree chard, pears, kiwis, ice, grape juice, honey and salt. Top with nuts.
